Welcome to Evntful Photo Booths. These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use our website, submit a booking request, communicate with us, or book photo booth services for your event.
By using this website or booking services with Evntful Photo Booths, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or book our services.
1. About Evntful Photo Booths
Evntful Photo Booths provides digital photo booth rental experiences for private events, school events, weddings, parties, corporate events, community events, and special celebrations.
Our services may include digital photo sessions, instant sharing, props, backdrops, custom or personalized overlays, GIFs, boomerangs, online galleries, setup, takedown, and on-site attendant services depending on the package selected.
2. Service Area
Evntful Photo Booths serves the Raleigh Triangle area and surrounding communities, including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Garner, Clayton, Apex, Chapel Hill, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, and nearby areas.
Travel fees may apply depending on the event location. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed before your booking is confirmed.
3. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking form does not guarantee availability or confirm your event. Your booking is only confirmed after Evntful Photo Booths has reviewed your request, confirmed availability, received any required deposit or payment, and provided confirmation of your booking.
We reserve the right to decline a booking request for any reason, including lack of availability, unsafe event conditions, incomplete information, or events outside of our service area.
4. Deposits, Payments & Confirmation
A deposit or retainer may be required to reserve your event date. Your date is not secured until the required payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed.
Final payment may be due before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
All prices, packages, and add-ons are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, your quoted package price will apply unless you request additional services, extra time, upgrades, travel, or special accommodations.
5.Package Details
Package features vary depending on the service selected. Your final package details will be based on the package, add-ons, and event details agreed to at the time of booking.
Evntful Photo Booths may make reasonable substitutions for props, backdrop options, or equipment when necessary due to availability, safety, weather, event conditions, or technical needs.
6. Event Date, Time & Location
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, venue address, setup location, point of contact, venue restrictions, parking instructions, and access information.
If event details change, you must notify Evntful Photo Booths as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but changes are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
7. Setup & Access Requirements
The client must provide a safe, clean, level, and accessible setup area for the photo booth. A space of approximately 8 feet by 8 feet is recommended for the best guest experience.
The client is responsible for ensuring that Evntful Photo Booths has access to the venue with enough time to set up before the scheduled booth start time.
Setup and takedown time do not count against your rental time unless otherwise stated.
8. Power & Internet
The client must provide access to a standard working electrical outlet near the setup area unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Some sharing features may depend on Wi-Fi, cellular service, or internet availability at the event location. Evntful Photo Booths is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by poor internet connection, venue restrictions, cellular outages, or network issues.
If instant sharing is unavailable during the event due to internet issues, photos may still be captured and made available after the event when possible.
9. Outdoor Events
Outdoor setups may be available, but the photo booth must be protected from rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, direct harsh weather, unsafe ground conditions, and other hazards.
A covered, shaded, level, and secure area is strongly recommended for outdoor events. Evntful Photo Booths reserves the right to delay, relocate, pause, or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment.
10. Guest Conduct & Event Safety
The client is responsible for the behavior of event guests. Guests must use the photo booth, props, backdrops, and equipment respectfully.
Evntful Photo Booths reserves the right to pause or stop service if guests are behaving in a way that is unsafe, abusive, threatening, damaging to equipment, or disruptive to the event.
The client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if photo booth equipment, props, backdrop materials, signs, lighting, or accessories are damaged by guests, venue staff, or event participants.
11. Attendant Services
Some packages include an on-site attendant, and attendant service may be available as an add-on for other packages.
An attendant is there to help support the photo booth experience, assist guests, monitor equipment, and help keep the booth area running smoothly. The attendant is not responsible for event coordination, crowd control, childcare, venue management, or security.
12. Additional Time
Additional booth time may be available depending on our schedule. Requests for extra time should be made before the event whenever possible.
Same-day extensions are not guaranteed and may require immediate payment before additional time is provided.
13. Cancellations
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the event date, package, and booking agreement.
Deposits or retainers may be non-refundable because they reserve your event date and prevent us from accepting other bookings for that time.
If you need to cancel, please notify Evntful Photo Booths in writing as soon as possible.
14. Rescheduling
We understand that event plans may change. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing.
If we are available for the new date, we may apply prior payments toward the rescheduled event. If we are not available, cancellation terms may apply.
Rescheduled events may be subject to updated pricing, travel fees, package availability, or additional charges depending on the new event details.
15. Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure
Evntful Photo Booths is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control. This may include severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, venue restrictions, road closures, illness, accidents, emergencies, government actions, or unsafe conditions.
If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make a reasonable effort to discuss available options, which may include rescheduling based on availability.
16. Digital Photos, Galleries & Delivery
Evntful Photo Booths provides digital photo booth services. Photos may be shared instantly during the event when technology, internet, and event conditions allow.
Digital galleries may be included with select packages. Gallery availability, delivery timing, and access duration may vary by event and package.
The client is responsible for downloading, saving, or backing up event photos before any gallery expiration date. Evntful Photo Booths is not responsible for lost access after a gallery expires or after files are removed from storage.
17. Photo Quality & Guest Participation
Photo booth results may vary based on guest participation, lighting conditions, venue setup, backdrop selection, guest movement, camera interaction, and other event factors.
Evntful Photo Booths will make reasonable efforts to provide a fun and professional photo booth experience, but we cannot guarantee that every guest will participate or that every photo will meet a specific personal preference.
18. Custom Overlays & Design Approval
Custom or personalized overlays may be included depending on your package. The client is responsible for providing accurate names, dates, logos, colors, spelling, and design details.
Once an overlay or design is approved, additional revisions may be subject to availability or additional fees.
Evntful Photo Booths is not responsible for errors in information provided by the client after the client has approved the design.
19. Logos, Trademarks & Client-Provided Materials
If you provide logos, images, branding, names, or other materials, you confirm that you have permission to use them for your event.
The client agrees not to provide materials that violate the rights of another person, business, school, organization, or brand.
Evntful Photo Booths may refuse to use materials that are offensive, unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, or potentially infringing.
20. Marketing Photo Use
Evntful Photo Booths may request permission to use select event photos, booth setup photos, videos, or behind-the-scenes content for marketing, social media, website, portfolio, or promotional purposes.
We respect client privacy. If you do not want your event photos used for marketing, please notify us in writing before the event.
For school events, youth events, private events, or sensitive events, additional permission may be requested before photos are used publicly.
21. Reviews & Testimonials
Clients may choose to leave reviews or testimonials about their experience. Reviews should reflect honest opinions and real experiences.
Evntful Photo Booths does not purchase fake reviews or knowingly publish false testimonials. We may share genuine client feedback on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
22. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all website content, pricing, availability, package details, or descriptions are free from errors.
We may update website content, packages, pricing, policies, and service details at any time.
23. Intellectual Property
All Evntful Photo Booths website content, branding, graphics, text, designs, service descriptions, and marketing materials are owned by or licensed to Evntful Photo Booths unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
24. Third-Party Services
Evntful Photo Booths may use third-party platforms or services for booking, payments, galleries, forms, email communication, website hosting, photo delivery, or customer management.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, fees, delays, privacy practices, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evntful Photo Booths is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a booked event will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific event, unless otherwise required by law.
26. Indemnification
The client agrees to hold Evntful Photo Booths harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the client’s event, guest behavior, venue conditions, misuse of equipment, client-provided materials, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
27. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes related to these Terms & Conditions, this website, or Evntful Photo Booths services shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in North Carolina unless otherwise required by law.
28. Changes to These Terms
Evntful Photo Booths may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of this website or booking of our services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms & Conditions.
